In short, this guide takes you from the first touchpoint with a client all the way through to the final product aka you getting PAID!
Our main goal with this guide is to get you on the right track with pricing your work accurately, but to be perfectly honest, there is no magic formula to figure out compensation. These prices are suggestions from our team’s combined 24 years of experience in the restaurant space, but if you feel like you should be charging more or less based on what you feel comfortable with, go with your gut. In the end, it’s all about how much time, energy, and effort is going to go into the shoot, combined with how much experience you have… but we’ll get to all of that in this guide :)
In addition to all that goodness, we’ve also included both a sample and customizable proposal and contract for taking on a restaurant’s social media page, referred to as social media management. In our experience, if you’re looking for long-term, consistent work, managing a social account for a restaurant is a great upsell of your services, plus you can do most of it from your couch!
