PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
Any before/after images, written posts or testimonials you voluntarily submit to us via email or in the Facebook group can be used in presentations, social media promotion, email marketing. We will always attribute credit to your images. You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or compensation arising or related to the use of your image or recording.
If you submit a testimonial via email or in the private Facebook community, then you agree that we may use your post for marketing purposes and publish your testimonial, together with your name on FoodtographySchool.com, or BromaBakery.com. You further agree that we may edit or publish an edited version of the testimonial; we will never edit a testimonial in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views.
